Auto clicking devices/programs
You MUST view any advertisement and clicked yourself, any autoclicking software usage on this site will get you banned or permanently account terminated.
Charge backs
Under no circumstances should you make a charge back against Rewards Palace PayPal account. If you would like a refund please contact us. Failure to do so will result in your banning.
Country of signup
If you are from China or Hongkong or any associated areas you will be banned from our site. Do not signup if you are from Shina.
Payment information
You will receive yours Rewards-Palace payment within 1-7 business days, although our aim is under 48 hours. We may hold your payment for up to 30 days for any valid reason, which we will explain. Also if you are caught cheating your payment will be denied, and your account banned. There is no difference in payment.
Referring users to our site
When you get a member to join our site via your referral link, we will give you 10% of their earnings, they will not lose anything. Currently we only have 1 level of downline.
Signup Information
When you sign up to our site you must use real information. By using fake information yours account will be terminated
One account per member
You may only sign up once and maintain one Membership in the Service per household. Rewards-Palace.com reserves the right to terminate duplicate accounts, resulting in the potential loss of accumulated credits. You must be at least 18 years of age.
Account are non-transferable.
You, yourself must accrue credits under your own account.
False Representing
We do not tolerate anyone who uses false information to get referrals.
Spam
We do not believe in spam, and we are very strict on the handling of your information. The only emails you will receive are periodic emails with information about updates and issues with the site.
Inactive Accounts
If your account has been inactive for more than 90 days, your account will be terminated and earnings will be cleared.
Advertising Terms
- The website must not contain pornographic, racist, discriminating, vulgar, illegal, or other adult materials of any kind.
- The website must not contain any frame breakers.
- The website must not contain or promote any viruses
- The website must not contain ANY prompts such as download dialogs or confirmation alerts.
- The website must not exceed the 1 popup/pop under limit.
Termination
If a Member's account is terminated by Rewards-Palace.com, Rewards-Palace.com may refuse to credit some or all of the amounts accrued to the terminated Member's account if such amounts were earned in violation, or after violation, of this Agreement or were otherwise unlawfully obtained by the Member. Similarly, Rewards-Palace.com will have no obligation to credit a Member for amounts credited to the Member's account that were earned in violation or after violation of this Agreement by any of the Member's direct or extended referrals. If your account is terminated by Rewards-Palace.com, You may not re-enroll or join under a new account unless formally invited to do so by Rewards-Palace.com.
Fraud Policy
Rewards-Palace takes any type of fraud or deception very seriously. When a user joins our community and commits fraud, this affects everyone. Any member suspected of or has committed fraud on other sites is subject to immediate termination of his/her account and forfeiture of all earnings. We have a zero-tolerance policy on any acts of deception. Fraud includes, but not limited to any of the following:
- Completing offers with fraudulent intentions.
- Using fake/fraudulent information to complete offers.
- Using Paypal account not in your own name or sharing accounts.
- Having more than 1 account per household.
- Being under the age of 18.
- Using pre-paid credit cards. For example, Visa Gift Cards.
- Using any kind of proxies.
- Using stolen, altered or insufficient funds credit cards.
- Cancelling free trials immediately.
- Using any type of temporary email service.
- Using any type of fake name generator.
- Completing offers multiple times - you can only complete each offer once, ever.
This is not an inclusive list; any type of fraud is considered grounds for account termination without notice. By registering for an account on Rewards-Palace you are agreeing to obide by this policy at all times and being responsible for all your actions.
Subject to change
This agreement can change. Although we have the right to change this agreement without any prior notice to our members, we will send out a notice to all of our members the new terms and/or terms that have changed. If for any reason you do not accept the changes, you will need to contact us, and your account will be removed.
